Scott EdmondsPresident and Chief Executive OfficerScott Edmonds has over 20 years' of experience in international business leadership and management. Prior to joining Webtech Wireless, he was CFO at QuIC Financial Technologies, a global solutions provider in the risk management industry. Scott also served as CFO at Chancery Software and held a variety of senior financial and management roles in both Europe and Asia during his nine years with The Walt Disney Co. He earned his Chartered Accountant designation while at Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC) in Toronto, holds a B.B.A. (Honours) in Finance from Bishop's University and has completed the Executive Development Program at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Larry JubaChief Operating OfficerLarry Juba has over 20 years' of experience in building and leading engineering, operations and professional services teams for wireless technology companies. He has extensive experience in international operations, project management, systems and applications engineering, software and hardware engineering, customer service, manufacturing, product management and IT. During his career, Larry has held vice president and director roles and has been responsible for deploying and supporting large wireless enterprise systems in companies such as Digital Dispatch Systems and Glenayre. Andrew MordenChief Financial OfficerBefore joining Webtech Wireless, Andrew Morden served as the CFO at Vancouver-based Intrinsyc Software and Digital Dispatch Systems. He was previously employed at the Internet Marketing Center, first as CFO and then as acting CEO in preparation for the ultimately successful sale of that business. Earlier in his career, Andrew served as the Vice President of Financial Planning and Systems and as a Director of ERP Systems at Intrawest Corporation, and as an ERP Client and Project Manager at SAP Canada. He qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG working in their Vancouver and Sydney, Australia offices before leaving as a senior manager. Andrew is a graduate of the UBC Commerce Program, an avid athlete and a former member of the Canadian National Rowing Team. Brian BoychukExecutive Vice President, Business DevelopmentBrian Boychuk is one of the original co-founders of Grey Island, and brings more than 20 years' of experience in sales, marketing and market research. As Executive Vice President, Brian was responsible for leading the sales, marketing and business development activities for the flagship InterFleet brand as well as for NextBus in Canada. He began his career developing energy conservation marketing programs for Energy, Mines and Resources Canada and Ontario Hydro, and continued in software marketing for Livingston International Inc., and Indus International Inc. of San Francisco, an enterprise asset management software company. He has a BSc in Statistics from the University of Western Ontario. Ernie ChathamVice President, Quadrant Products and ServicesErnie Chatham has considerable experience in the technology sector. He has held roles in product management, marketing, professional services and business development with companies such as Softracks, Digital Dispatch and Motorola. Since joining Webtech Wireless, he has been directly involved in building relationships with many of the Company's major clients, and has been instrumental in developing the Quadrant Professional Services group. Ernie holds an MBA from Simon Fraser University and is a graduate of the Electrical Engineering program from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Harald FritzVice President Sales, Quadrant Fleet SolutionsHarald Fritz is an accomplished IT professional with over 20 years' of accumulated sales, marketing and product management experience. He began his career in Germany working for industry giants Dornier, MTU, Mercedes Benz and Siemens Industrial Systems, before moving to Canada. In the North American wireless field he has held sales, product management and business development positions with Attachmate Corporation, Sierra Wireless, and EXI Wireless prior to joining Webtech Wireless. Harald holds an M.Sc, Computer Science, from the University of Konstanz, Germany. He is an avid leisure and competitive sailor. Karen MongelliVice President Sales, Government & Account ManagementMs. Mongelli spent seventeen years with Canada’s largest privately held fleet management company, where she rose through a variety of positions in sales, account management and operations, eventually leading a 100 person team as Director of Operations. Ms. Mongelli’s strong experience in all aspects of fleet management and in selling to, and operating with government clients in her career will stand her in good stead as she leads the Webtech Wireless government business under the InterFleet brand from the company’s Toronto office. Gary ZywieckiVice President, EngineeringWith over 25 years' of experience in product development, Gary Zywiecki brings a wealth of expertise from the wireless, GPS, telecommunications and control software industries. His extensive background in the rapid development of disruptive technology has led him to executive and senior management roles in companies such as Philips Electronics, Sierra Wireless and Scientific Atlantic. |
